What do I need to place an order?

  • A delivery address in a country where the requested products are legal for import
  • A debit/credit card from VISA or Mastercard

How is my credit card data handled?

All payments are made securely via NETS. You can read more about NETS on their website, www.nets.eu.

What happens to my personal information?

Your privacy is important to us and we handle your personal information in a careful manner. We use your information to process your order as efficiently as possible. We do not share your personal information with third parties without your express consent. However, in order to ensure a fast and smooth processing of your order, our partners get access to parts of your contact information. This applies, for example, to banks that handle payment or transport companies. We share only the smallest possible data.

In addition to handling your order, your personal information may be used in our marketing, such as product recommendations or discounts that we think you may be interested in.

You can always get information about the information we store about you free of charge. The storage of your information takes place in a legal manner. If there is no legal requirement for continued storage of your data and the information is no longer required to complete your purchase with us, you can request that your personal data be deleted.

You can object at any time to the use of your personal data for marketing or other measures. Send us a message at [email protected] and we will take care of this.

How do I search for a specific item?

If you know what you are looking for, type it into the search bar. You will find it at the top of the right side of the page. Press the magnifying glass, and type it in.

You can search by product name, brand, strength, your favorite taste and many more.   

The result sorts by relevance but you can easily change from relevance to reviews count, top rated, new products, biggest saving, price: Low to High and price: High to Low.

What if an item is out of stock?

If an item you are interested in is sold out just send a mail to Snusdaddy and ask. We will get back to you and explain why, and answer when the product is back in stock.

 

Follow the steps to place an order:

  1. Find the items you want to buy, chose how many pieces you like, and press Add to Cart. The items will move to the cart at the top of the right side.
  2. In your cart you will find an overview of all the items you have added. You can change quantity with the + and – symbols. When you are pleased with your selection, click on Proceed to Checkout and complete your order.
  3. In the checkout, select delivery address and fill out the details where needed. Chose your shipping method and press
  4. Review & payments, check your order summary and if everything is correct, press Place Order on the left side of the screen.
  5. You will be sent to Nets Checkout, fill out the detail and card number, accept the terms (save my details for an easier check out next time). Press Different cards and banks have different security checks, follow the steps to complete the payment.
  6. Once your order has been completed you will see the confirmation on the screen, and you will receive a confirmation to your email.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

We will send you an order confirmation.

I haven't received my order confirmation.

You will automatically receive your order confirmation by e-mail within 24 hours. If you are missing an order confirmation, please check your spam folder or other folders with special offers. Some mailbox providers (including Gmail) have enabled filters that move newsletters into dedicated folders, so we recommend checking those and other filters you might have enabled. If you have not received your order confirmation within this time frame you are more than welcome to contact us for further help at [email protected]!

If you were logged in to your account when you placed your order you can always go to My Account and view your orders.

 

Shipping

What import rules and customs regulations apply to my country?

Regarding import rules and customs regulations for your country, we must ask you to review what applies yourself, as we can not help with this at Snusdaddy. You as the buyer are responsible for finding out information regarding import rules and customs regulations for snus. Any fees such as customs fees and taxes must be paid by the recipient in your own country and even here you as the customer have your own responsibility. Snusdaddy disclaims all responsibility for any reimbursement or sending of replacement goods if the goods have been seized at customs.

Import taxes for shipments to the USA are paid in full by Snusdaddy, meaning there are no hidden fees coming up after the checkout process is finalized.

What shipping options are available?

Snusdaddy offers different options for shipping. When you place your order, you will see the options that are possible for your delivery address. Packages sent via UPS require an adult signature based on the legal age of using tobacco or nicotine pouches in the country where delivery takes place.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Due to the requirement of an adult signature upon delivery, we cannot offer delivery to PO boxes. We try to monitor if an address is refering to a PO box, but sometimes these orders slip through. We cannot take responsibility for this and the customer will either have to provide another address or be responsible for the cost of returning the shipment.

I'm travelling and want some products shipped to me, can I order to a hotel or another type of living where my name isn't registered?

You can indeed! However, if you are somewhere for a limited amount of time, know that we can never guarantee that delivery is made within the timespan that may be expected. Things may happen on the way which we don't have control of and that may cause delay. Changing addresses and coordinating delivery is no simple task while on the move. Therefore if you have ordered while travelling, we cannot offer a refund if the delivery doesn't go to plan due to you not being present.

In EU:

Free shipping if order exceeds €80. UPS Standard or PostNord, 2-7 days.

UPS Standard:

Fast and reliable option for less urgent shipping. 2-5 business days depending on destination.

UPS Saver:

Fast and affordable shipping option. 1-5 business days depending on destination. In EU often only 1 day.

UPS Express:

The fastest option at Snusdaddy, 1-3 business days depending on destination. In the EU often only one day an early as 12:00 P.M.

Outside EU:

UPS Saver:

Fast and affordable shipping option. 2-7 business days depending on destination. USA minimum 2 days. Asia minimum 3 days.

UPS Express:

The fastest option at Snusdaddy, 2-5 business days depending on destination.

PostNord:

5-15 business days depending on destination.

Where is my order?

When the order leaves our warehouse with UPS you will receive an email from UPS with a tracking number, then you can follow the order on UPS.com.

When shipping with PostNord, you will receive a tracking number and a notice by email and text when your package has arrived. Your package can be tracked through PostNord.se.

Can I return my order?

Returns are not possible due to the perishable nature of tobacco goods.

 

Certainly, we may also be wrong. Either way, our .com site offers a wider variety of products available to customers shopping from outsite of Europe, including a grand assortment of Swedish snus with tobacco.
