Invicta Sweden AB, corporate identity number: 559288-1501 is a Swedish limited liability company ("Invicta") operating the website Snusdaddy.com. Via this website you can buy goods from Invicta.
These general terms and conditions apply when you visit the website and or place an order via the website.
Invicta reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change these general terms and conditions (including price adjustments or surcharges) at any time without notice, notice period or the like. If these general terms and conditions change, the amended version will be made available via snusdaddy.com and the date specified in the "last updated" will be adjusted. It is the customer's obligation to read the terms and conditions every time the customer visits and or orders.
Snusdaddy.com may only be used by persons who are 18 years of age or older (21 in the USA). By visiting or ordering from Snusdaddy.com or Snusdaddy.eu, you certify that you are older than 18 years.
To enforce this, packages sent via UPS require an adult signature to receive the package. Local rules for determining the age for use of tobacco and nicotine goods may differ from the native rules of where Invicta resides. Like the import rules, it is the customers responsibility to follow the regulations set locally.
Therefore, by accepting the terms & conditions you as a customer indicate that you are of age to use the products provided both in terms of native rules for Invicta (18) as well as your local age regulations.
We reserve the right to change or cancel orders where incorrect pricing and or other typos have been made.
Shipping & Liability
Your order will be sent to you as soon as possible. Delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method and the destination country. The order will be sent when all items in your order are available, no partial orders will be sent. We never guarantee that an order will be sent nor delivered within a certain time.
When the order / shipment has left our warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for any delays that may arise due to customs authorities, shipping companies and or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping provider, Snusdaddy is no longer responsible for the package. The risk for loss, damage, or delays transfers to the customer at this point.
If a package is lost, the customer must take personal responsibility to contact both Snusdaddy and the shipping provider within the time limit specified by the shipping supplier to initiate a search or resolution process. Snusdaddy is not liable for lost or delayed shipments after dispatch.
Snusdaddy is not liable for any errors made by the customer while placing an order, including but not limited to incorrect shipping addresses, product selections, or payment details. The customer is responsible for reviewing their order before confirming the purchase.
Due to requirement of adult signature, we can not offer delivery to PO boxes. If the customer still enters a PO box address, we don't take responsibility for this and the customer will either have to provide another address or be responsible for the cost of returning the shipment.
Delivery to addresses while you are traveling and on the move cannot be guaranteed to withhold the timeframe that may be expected of such delivery. Therefore we can not offer a refund for orders where delivery could not be made due to you as a customer not being present at the address originally entered.
Import rules
As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the products you order are allowed to be imported in your particular country. You are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations that apply to you as an importer of smokeless tobacco products.
Your order / shipment may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and or other surcharges. You as a customer are responsible for ensuring that the imported products are declared correctly in your country, and it is you as a customer who bears these costs. Invicta does not pay any fees for the products that may arise when importing into the country of destination. Invicta does not provide any information regarding any laws, regulations and fees that may arise when ordering. You are responsible for checking this with the responsible authority in your country.
If you choose not to pay any fees that may arise through import and that the customs withhold your order / shipment, we do not undertake to refund any compensation for your order. This also applies if the shipment is sent back to us. The same applies if you refuse to pick up your order or do not pick it up on time. This with regard to the sensitivity of the products where a delivered product cannot be resold to a new customer. We reserve the right to charge you as a customer for any shipping costs that may arise in connection with a returned shipment.
Returns
Right of Withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing goods online. However, this right is not fully applicable to our products due to specific legal exceptions:
• Products that are perishable or subject to rapid expiry, such as nicotine pouches with short best-before dates, are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons are not eligible for return if the seal has been broken.
We therefore reserve the right to decline returns where these exceptions apply.
Return Conditions
If a return is approved, the following conditions apply:
• The customer is responsible for return shipping and its cost.
• The returned product must:
◦ Be unused, in its original, sealed packaging.
◦ Have been stored properly – in a cool, dry place, away from heat, moisture or sunlight.
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions upon inspection.
Return Process
To request a return, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, reason for the return, and photo documentation if the item is damaged or incorrect.
Payment
Payment is made in advance by card. Invicta is not responsible for any exchange fees from your bank or card supplier that may arise from a purchase.
