S-marks have been on the Swedish market since 1956. S-marks sour foam is a sour foam candy with a taste of pear, pineapple, raspberry and lemon. The foam is wonderfully soft with a slightly crispy surface and covered all around with a layer of sour sugar and also slightly chewy. The color of the foam is light pink, light green and light yellow. This candy is a favorite among many Swedish candy eaters who love foam candy with a lovely sourness and a fruity taste. Candy People, which produces these s-candy in different flavors and shapes, has been operating since 1982 when its founder Joanis Masudi Youssef bought a candy store in Möllevången in Malmo, Sweden, in 2004 his son Jacob Youssef took over as CEO and today the company is led by Jacob's sister Anna Bebinno Youssef, a true family business for generations.
